Only a couple of days remain until we celebrate Halloween! In keeping with the month’s spooky theme, several haunted houses have emerged throughout Colorado, including one right here in beautiful Ouray! For local or anyone planning on paying a visit to Ouray this month, get ready to enjoy a frightfully fun time near Twins Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs.
Each year, the Ouray Elks Lodge hosts one of the creepiest and most exciting haunted houses in Colorado. Once again, this year the haunted house is returning and just like it has before, it will provide a creepy experience for adults and something fun for the younger crowd too. Besides the multitude of scares, the event will also have plenty of games, a sideshow, and lots more to enjoy.
This year’s Ouray Elks Lodge haunted house spookfest begins on October 30th and continues until the 31st, just enough time to get you into the Halloween spirit. The price of admission for adults is $10 while kids age ten and under are $8. If you bring a canned good with you to the haunted house you’ll be able to shave twenty percent off of the admission. Get scared for a good cause!
