Being name-checked in the magazine can draw tons of attention and sure enough, Ouray was mentioned late last month in a piece discussing Colorado’s much-acclaimed hot springs.
The Historic Hot Springs Loop is one of the places discussed in the Vogue article. Comprised of five different yet intriguing stops, each hot spring has its own personality and charm. Pagosa Springs, for example, is the deepest hot spring in the world while Dunton’s Hot Springs are found alongside the Dolores River in a long since abandoned ghost town.
