It’s still a few months away, but it’s never too early to start getting ready for the 8th annual Ouray Wine, Chocolate & Cheese Festival. Kicking off on December 10th, the festival was originally launched as a means of boosting visitors to Ouray during the Yule Night festivities as well as encouraging local shopping during the season of giving gifts, focusing more on promoting local businesses instead of shopping at big box retailers.
With Colorado’s great selection of wines and artisan products, the Ouray Wine, Chocolate & Cheese Festival has become the perfect event and spot to check it out all out and sample the wine provided by some of the area’s finest wineries and restaurants. The festival originally focused on wine and chocolate before expanding into delectable artisan cheeses as well as arts and crafts plus distilled spirits.
