Assistant General Manager – Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs
The geothermal waters of our natural hot springs include several naturally occurring minerals that offer healing elements for your body. No chemicals of any kind are added to the natural mineral waters. Our flow-through system, with water constantly entering and exiting the pools, keeps the pools fresh by completely exchanging the water every few hours. We also empty the pools regularly, and scrub them weekly.
Our mineral springs have a low sulfur content, giving a fresher, cleaner smell to the water than what is found in other mineral springs. They also contain over a dozen different natural minerals. These minerals can promote healthy skin, lower blood pressure, relax your muscles, and strengthen bones.
Beth Bridges is the Assistant General Manager at Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs, located in Ouray, Colorado. With over seven years of experience at Twin Peaks, Beth has become a cornerstone of the lodge’s operations, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience while embracing the beauty of Colorado’s San Juan Mountains. A passionate traveler and perpetual tourist, she enjoys capturing the natural splendor of the area through photography, which enhances her appreciation for the location she calls home.
Education
Beth Bridges graduated from Farmington High School, where she studied business basics. She has also pursued professional certifications to further her expertise, including a Tripleseat University Diploma for Hotels and Supervisory Training from Pryor Learning.
Experience
With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Beth has developed a robust skill set that includes customer support, front office operations, and employee engagement. Before joining Twin Peaks Lodge, she worked as a front desk clerk at the Ouray Chalet Inn and ran her own business, Bridgin’ The Gap, where she handled everything from event planning to administrative tasks. Her early career included roles in corporate sales and software support at DK Systems, LLC, adding tech and organizational skills to her repertoire.
At Twin Peaks Lodge, Beth oversees daily operations, guest services, and employee management. She has a natural talent for creating welcoming environments, and her love for the area is evident in everything she does. Outside of her role, Beth enjoys photography, which reflects her deep appreciation for the scenic beauty of Ouray.
