Since it’s still the early days of summer, you’re trying to figure out other activities that you can do with the little ones to pass the time and be together. How does an art session sound? Today, the Mini Makers Art Hour with Claudia Brauer is happening at Weehawken Ridgway and it’s an experience that offers enrichment and creativity for everyone.
During the Mini Makers Art Hour, little ones and their parents can flex their creative muscles and use different materials to create art based on different stories and topics. These materials and art types include mixed media, paint, sculpture, and more. Art stations and “sensory bins” feature sand, clay, water beads, and more. The experience also provides a great way for parents to make new connections and possible friendships with fellow parents.
As for Claudia Brauer, she is an art educator as well as an artist and a therapist with a background in special education. She is excited to bring her own passion for art to the younger generation.
The Mini Makers Art Hour with Claudia Brauer is open to children ages two to five.
