If our office is closed, please leave a detailed message. We will try our best to get back to you in a timely manner.

We DO NOT accept emails with a request to cancel your reservation.

You must CALL when the hotel is OPEN and speak to someone. Your reservation is NOT canceled until you receive a cancellation number. That is your proof that we have done our job correctly.
